To help you and your clients at this difficult time, we’re introducing flexible terms on accounts payable for any insured that is unable to make an on-time payment as a result of COVID-19.
How to request an extension
To request an extension, please email your Liberty billing & collections representative using the subject line “COVID-19 payment plan relief request for policy # _____”.
Please be advised that Notices of Cancellation as a result of late payments will not be issued during any approved extensions and all existing account-payable-related Notices of Cancellation will be rescinded. Please note that underwriting-related Notices of Cancellation may still be issued during this period.
Please address any questions or issues you may have with your underwriter or distribution representative.
