Assigned risk policy documents are moving online

Beginning January 1st, 2026 agents and producers in the Assigned Risk Workers compensation will no longer receive copies of policy documents or letters via US postal mail. You can retrieve policy information online on our portal at https://account.libertymutual.com.

Register today for our online services by sending an email to IMS@LibertyMutual.com with your name, your agency code—0004-XXXXX, and a text-capable phone number for multi-factor authentication. Our online portal allows you to retrieve policy documents and notifications, check billing, and more for all assigned risk policies under your agency.
